MOODS HOLISTIC COUNSELLING
Let me introduce myself
Hello, I'm Jojo
Firstly I'd like to thank you for taking the time to look at my website.
I am a neurodivergent counsellor who found her vocation later in life, lead here by my own life experiences.
So unwind your mind, relax, breathe, and let's journey together through your thoughts and feelings creating space of acceptance and understanding where you can freely express yourself without reservation or filters and embrace the quirks and uncertainties of your unique story in a safe and nurturing space .
My core belief is that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life.
As an integrated counsellor, I practice person-centred, psychodynamic, and holistic approaches to counselling. I'm committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can explore their emotions, beliefs, and behaviours without fear of judgement. I believe that everyone has the inner resources to overcome their challenges and I endeavour to guide my clients to tap into those resources to achieve their desired outcomes.

ACCESSABILITY
I feel that everyone deserves to have a supportive and empathetic ear when going through challenging times. As a counsellor, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to open up and explore their thoughts and feelings.
I strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. Whatever struggles you're facing, we'll work together to find solutions and help you achieve a more fulfilling life.
I work with clients on a one-to-one basis, providing a safe and confidential space to explore their emotions and feelings. I employ a person centred, psychodynamic and holistic approach. I am committed to helping individuals to work through their issues, and develop the tools they need to live a more fulfilling life. With years of personal experience, I have honed my skills in working with clients at their speed and pace
I feel that counselling should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or schedule. As such, my practice is conducted both in person and online via Google Meet, which offers flexibility and convenience. Counselling online has been shown to be just as effective as in-person counselling, and it eliminates the need for clients to travel to appointments, saving time and money.

My clients come with a diverse assortment of concerns, challenges and stumbling blocks in life, No two issues are completely the same, which is why I create a bespoke counselling model, tailored to the unique needs and wishes of each and every client.
I currently volunteer for a homeless charity counselling their service users which has afforded me the opportunity to counsel on a range of issues including addiction, DV, historic abuse, depression and anxiety.
