If your brain feels busy, scattered, overwhelmed,
or you’ve spent years feeling “too much”
or “not enough” —
you’re in the right place.
Every mood has a story
Every story deserves to be heard
Does Life feel louder than it seems to for everyone else?
Perhaps your thoughts race from one thing to the next, you start ten jobs and finish none. You're constantly overwhelmed by everyday life, exhausted from masking or wondering why everything takes so much more effort than it should.
Maybe you've been told you're "too much" or "not enough", "too sensitive", "lazy" or "disorganised". Perhaps you've spent years trying to fit into a world that wasn't designed with your brain in mind.
You don't have to mask here. Whether you have ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, identify as Neurodivergent or beginning to wonder if you might be , you'll find a space where you can simply be yourself.
This is counselling that works with your brain not against it.
You wont be expected to sit still, remember everything you talked about, or explain yourself in a way that feels so difficult when you cant find the right word. Together, we'll work in a way that feels comfortable, flexible and above all respectful of who you are .
If you are carrying anxiety, burnout, grief, low self esteem, hoarding tendencies, the challenges of menopause or the demands of caring for a loved one, those parts of your story are welcome too.
At Moods Holistic Counselling, You'll be met with warmth, curiosity and compassion in a place that's neuroaffirming, accepting and free from judgement.
Bring your busy mind, your scattered thoughts, confusing emotions, your silence, your curiosity and pull up a chair, kick off your shoes and be you

Come as you are, its all you ever need to be

Jojo has help me get through so much unimaginable problems I have been ignoring.
I am shy, quite and not very social, but talking to Jojo was easy, no pressure and felt
comfortable. As a (undiagnosed) neurodivergent, she has really opened my eyes to help me understand why I have been struggling. Thank you so much Jojo I am so
glad I came to you first. Helped me more than
you know, giving me solutions and supporting
me. Would always recommend you every
time.

I have been a user of Jo's services for a number of years now. As a neurodivergent woman I quite often find it difficult to express my feelings clearly, but Jo has always understood me completely.
She is professional, very empathetic, extremely patient and never fails to help me with any issues I might have.
I can't recommend her enough!
