Contact

Reaching out can feel quite daunting — especially if you’re used to coping quietly, holding everything together, or second-guessing yourself.

Whether you'd like to ask a question, book a free introductory call or you feel ready to make an appointment, you can contact me using the options below . I aim to respond within 24 hours.

"Would you tell me please, which way I ought to go from here?

'That depends a good deal on where you want to get to said the cat"

My vintage Labrador, Gaston, has a bed in the therapy room and is sometimes present during sessions as my unofficial co-therapist. He takes this role very seriously — mainly by napping quietly nearby.

For many clients, his gentle presence feels grounding and reassuring.

If you’re comfortable with dogs, he’s very welcome in the space.
If you would prefer sessions without him present, that’s absolutely fine — just let me know and I’ll ensure our time together is dog-free.
