Maybe you’ve spent a long time feeling like you experience the world differently — and wondering why things that seem easy for others can feel heavy, intense or overwhelming for you.
You are not alone here.
I’m a neurodivergent counsellor, Dyspraxia and late diagnosed with ADHD, and I understand how powerful it can be to sit with someone who doesn’t need you to explain or justify how your brain works.
Many of the people I support arrive feeling exhausted from masking, carrying invisible emotional loads, or searching for a space where they can finally exhale and be themselves without pressure or judgement.
My approach is warm, collaborative and gently holistic — combining professional training with real lived understanding. Together, we move at your pace, creating space for insight, self-acceptance and meaningful change that feels sustainable rather than forced.
Below are some of the ways I support people.

ADHD & Neurodivergent Counselling

Therapy designed with neurodivergent minds at the centre.

Whether you have ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, sensory differences, or simply know that your brain works differently, our work focuses on understanding your unique nervous system rather than trying to fit you into rigid expectations.

We might explore:
Identity after diagnosis or self-recognition
Masking and burnout
Emotional regulation and overwhelm
Executive functioning challenges
Self-worth, relationships and boundaries
Finding ways to work with your brain rather than against it
Your differences are welcomed here — not something to fix.

Supporting someone with additional needs or learning differences can be deeply meaningful and deeply exhausting.
Parents, carers and siblings often carry complex emotions that
don’t always have a safe place to land.
This is a space where you can speak honestly about the realities of caring, advocating, loving and sometimes struggling — without judgement or pressure to have everything together.
Together we can create space for reflection, emotional support and gentle ways to care for yourself alongside those you support
Support for Parents, Carers & Families
Hearing Voices Support
Hearing voices or having unusual sensory experiences can feel isolating, especially if past support has felt clinical or dismissive.

I offer a respectful, non-pathologising space where your experiences are listened to with curiosity and compassion.
Rather than assuming something needs to be “fixed,” we explore meaning, safety and ways to reduce distress so you can feel more grounded and supported in your daily life.
