Using this Website

The information on this website is provided for general information about  Moods Holistic Counselling  and the services I offer. Whilst I take care to keep information accurate and up to date, I can not guarantee that all content is complete or current 

 The information on this website is not intended to replace medical advise, diagnosis or treatment, nor should it be considered a substitute for counselling or other mental health support 

 

​Appointments

• ​Appointments are booked by hitting the "come say hello" contact button

• You can use this email address to make enquiries, arrange a free 20 minute introductory call

• Sessions are confirmed directly with me  

• Sessions last for 1 hour 

• Are available in person in Wisbech and Online

 

Fees and Cancellations

• Payment is due on the day of the session

• Payments can be made either by bank transfer or cash.

• Please let me know if you need a receipt

• My fees are £45 for individual counselling and £80 for couples

• ​​ Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Confidentiality

• Everything discussed is strictly confidential unless it falls under safeguarding policy which will be discussed in first session and is in the Client counselling agreement

Changes to these terms

• I may update the website terms from time to time
